I'm very glad that Strom cares enough to stick his neck out, obviously knowing what kind of response some will have.
Also it is incorrect for some to think that any criticism, particularly of the factually-devoid Mr. Bentley, is a cause of the dread ailment, "division". I see the division coming from the advocacy of such men who promote personal visions, tales of "angels", false healings and false teaching.

Wow. That was quite the youtube video.
It was interesting that at one point he asked why they didn't just communicate with him in a different way than interrupting the meeting. Hmmm, seems like he probably ignored previous attempts...

I don't know who Strom is but one of the biggest disappointments to me concerning Lakeland was how so many charismatics who were against this were silent about it. Other than this guy and David Wilkerson I know of no one who stood up and said what needed to be said.

The top names tend not to say anything while something is popular and only grudgingly after it goes in the commode for fear of 'attacking a brother'. That or they jump on it afterwards, like these so called prophets like Kim Clement who say they prophesied a catastrophic event after it happens. Dispicable in either case.

Patricia King takes Todd Bentley behind the Woodshed?
Interesting youtube clip and article. Bentley and King, Canadians. I remember many years ago a minister said while preaching that Canada would not accept a divorced minister. "Ministers of Satan", that's what they call them, he said. That's my only source of how this might be looked at differently in Canada.
It's interesting anyway, that Patricia King is bringing this rebuke on this subject.

John Paul Jackson is quoted from the text of the letter reproduced here.
Here's an excerpt:
"The fact is this–Todd has committed adultery. He planned out and premeditated the divorce from Shonnah. He, immediately after Lakeland, went to Hawaii with Jessa, whom he later married. Subsequently, though Todd is from Canada, he went to Reno, Nevada to get as quick a divorce (six weeks residency) to marry Jessa. In Canada it takes over a year to get a divorce."

From the same John Paul Jackson letter linked above:
"It is vitally important that we learn from what happened in Lakeland. We should first ask, “Were the healings real?” Yes, there were real healings that happened; I personally know someone who was healed. Miracles actually did occur. At the same time, there were also many exaggerations of healings and of people being raised from the dead." (emphasis added)
You know, the PHONY healings and "resurrections" were part of the problem with TB's "ministry" before the divorce issue, so how do you "restore" that? But the NAR endorsed the ministry.
And Joyner, how can he come out of this looking good?
I don't know if any of you have seen the "hokey pokey" version they've been worshiping to at Joyner's place...I'm not very confident that abandoning actual worship songs with lyrics about God and what He's done through Jesus and replacing it with the Hokey Pokey is going to do anything but draw jokes about other child songs; but looking at Jackson and King's comments, maybe finally some lines are being drawn and the Bible will be used as a standard again, rather than personal dreams etc.

I saw a four minute commercial for his 'Greater Glory' conference in the middle of a 30 minute Rick Joyner podcast about health care reform. He was encouraging people to bring anything that represented their debt. So, maybe he's more of a WOF wolf than a angel worshipper these days?
Also there will apparently be a documentary coming out about Lakeland this summer.
"Jesus is in Todd [Bentley]’s shadow…” and other possible documentary snippets?
Hopefully it will be even-handed and not just a Bentley fluff piece.
