Probably just hot dogs and chips today. I'm feeling and so not like cooking!

I made Thai Thighs (chicken) in the crockpot yesterday for noon dinner so we'll have those again tonight. They are yummy. Served on rice and you top them with peanuts and cilantro.

That and mixed veggies (steamed zucchini, yellow squash & carrots) and a pineapple, blueberry and banana fruit salad will do it.

I cut up a bunch of onion, yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots, put them in a roasting pan and put a seared roast on top. Easy and all in one. Hope it works.

We had spaghetti tonight. Not my best batch. I used too much oregano.

Marinated chicken breasts on the George Foreman (I really wish there were a better way to cook them - the honey in the marinade causes them to burn a little before they're fully cooked) and stuffing.

I may not have to officially make anything tonight. Kevin may have a big lunch, which means he won't need supper. I wonder what I'll have?

Straight from the mom that made it:

Ground beef (I used turkey), cloves, salt, pepper, spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, spinach, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, egg, garlic, wide egg noodles and Parmesan cheese..
